Combined Defence Services Examination is conducted for recruitment of officer cadre in Indian Army, Air Force and Navy.
Educational Qualification
- SSLC / Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.
- No percentage considered in case candidate has passed with higher qualification i.e. 10 +2 and above

The Age limit for Army (General Duty) are
- Minimum – 17.5 Years
- Maximum – 21 Years

Physical Measurement Test for Army (General Duty)
In Army (General Duty) physical test, the eligibility of candidates is measured as per height, weight and medical standards.

- 9 Pull Ups – 33 Marks
- 8 Pull Ups – 27 Marks
- 7 Pull Ups – 21 Marks
- 6 Pull Ups – 16 Marks
