Gangtok is a beautiful city and the capital of Sikkim. The city is a must-visit for nature lovers, with the Kanchenjunga Mountains in the backdrop and beautiful monasteries dotting the landscape. Check the Gangtok trip package itinerary from GT Holidays if you’d like to explore the Northeast.

Upon your arrival at the Bagdogra Airport in Siliguri, our tour manager will welcome you and help you transfer to Gangtok. The journey takes 4 to 5 hours and offers a panoramic view of the Kanchenjunga Mountains.

Check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day exploring places around your hotel.

After breakfast, head out for a full-day tour of Gangtok. You will visit the Baba Mandir, Tshangu Lake, Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok, and the Sikkim Himalayan Zoological Park.

Spend the evening shopping and enjoying local food before returning to your hotel.

Today, you will cover attractions left out on Day 1. These include Ban Jhakri Falls, Do Drul Chorten, Pal Karma Zurmang Shedup Chokor Ling Lingdum Monastery and Enchey Monastery. Don’t miss riding the Gangtok ropeway for a panoramic view of the Gangtok City.

After breakfast today, you will head to Kalimpong. You will visit Delo Park, Mangal Dham Temple, Kalimpong Science Centre, Pine View Nursery, Geden Tharpa Choling Monastery, Lepcha Museum, and the Zang Dhok Palri Monastery.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and head to Bagdogra Airport to catch your return flight home.
